From 1-10% of the population, about 10 million people, experience Seasonal Affective Disorder, a type of major depression that has a seasonal pattern. There is relief available when properly diagnosed and treated.
This interactive webinar distinguishes between two types of Seasonal Affective Disorder, and explores the various facts and myths about this form of depression, including symptoms, treatment approaches, and strategies for coping if you know you are prone to S.A.D. This one-hour webinar includes time for questions and answers, and includes helpful resources.
