The news of the past week or so has been especially difficult to bear, and many of us are feeling the weight of emotions such as sadness, grief, and anger.

These feelings can be especially challenging when our work as a family or professional care partners keep us relatively isolated or focused on the needs of others.

On Monday, October 29th, I recorded some tips and strategies for coping, as well as my own thoughts about how the power of connection can help us transcend these difficult days. (Please note: in the video I erroneously state the date as 10/26).

You are invited to join the Care Partner Connection: Office Hours Community as a way to learn and share strategies for caring for yourself and others.
